ANCIENT FALASSARNA SHIPWRECK

A 50 m long military transport/landing ship of the so-called TLC (Tank Landing Craft) group of World War II. It sailed from Souda on Churchill’s orders and bound for Sfakia and Alexandria, sank when it was bombed by German planes in May 1941.
